General conditions

 

• All contracts are subject exclusively to Swiss law.

 

• These general conditions of sale apply to all orders, services and shipments provided by Ticinorganic via Lugano 13, 6988 Ponte Tresa. CHE-422.948.323.

 

• By clicking on the "order" button, the customer places a binding order for products listed on the order page. the contract is realized with the acceptance of the order by Ticinorganic which sends a confirmation to the customer. Due to the nature of the goods, a cancellation is not possible after the customer has placed his binding order. The prices indicated are binding. If the item is no longer available at the time of purchase, the customer will be notified.

 

• Prices are in CHF (Swiss francs) including VAT.

 

• Ticinorganic remains the owner of the delivered goods until the latter has been fully paid.

Shipments​

​

• Shipping is not included in the item price. They are calculated separately. For orders over 130 chf, shipping is FREE. If you live in the Ponte Tresa - Caslano area, we offer FREE home delivery for orders over 70 chf.

 

• Shipping takes place via Swiss Post. We do our best to ship within a few working days. In no event will claims for damages be accepted due to delays in shipment. In the case of returning the goods, the costs are borne by the buyer.
